Is there really no contract?
That's right. If you decide you're unhappy or need to stop service for any reason, just let us know. We'll stop charging you and do what we can to help you transition to whatever is next. We don't want the fear of a long-term contract to be an obstacle.
Do I have to use your online ordering, or can I use another ordering service with your website platform?
While we think it's easier to use our built-in online ordering, you can use pretty much whatever online ordering system you like. We integrate with DoorDash, GrubHub, Bite Squad, or any other service you might want to use.
What methods can I use for order notifications?
Taste Systems has multiple options to alert you when you receive a new online order. You can receive an email, a text message, or even a fax! We also have receipt printers that can automatically print when an order comes in and an optional buzzer can alert anyone nearby.
Can I manage my own menu?
Absolutely!. Taste Systems has a full menu management system that allows you to make changes to your menu anytime you want. It automatically changes on your website menu, your ordering menu and even your digital menu boards if you utilize those.
Do I have to manage my own menu?
While we make it easy to manage your own menu, we are certainly happy to help when needed. For infrequent, minor changes, we can help you out at no cost. Or for a small monthly fee, we offer a managed service where we manage your website content and menu for you as often as needed!
What merchant systems do you work with?
We are certified solution providers with WorldPay and Authorize.net and we also work with PayPal payment solutions.
